Perfect for our event. We had 30 guests and it could have accommodated up to another 20 or more with seating, another 40 without seating. Very well kept and a large garden with children's playground. The venue has a serving area with kitchen appliances, a large reception area and toilet facilities. The rates were very reasonable.
