A modern building situated in the centre of Kempston just off the main road and surrounded by residential buildings, local shops and the council offices.
On entering, the hall has a new feel to it and the presentation is spotless and is well used by the local community not just for private functions but also social gatherings and events. A kitchen and a bar area are available.
Negative points are the 11pm entertainments licence and the small car park (however guests can generally park on the residential streets around the venue)
