Staff were tremendously helpful in not only helping with anything requested but they also put our minds at ease and prevented any worries about anything. Our only criticism was the lavatories in the foyer needed a revamp. The ladies toilets were very rough and when entering the venue it was the smell of them that greeted you first. But I would use and recommend this venue again especially if the toilets had a makeover
