Coombe Lodge is a truly beautiful venue that is primarily used for Weddings. It is licensed to hold marriage ceremonies and civil partnerships and also has twelve rooms that can be booked overnight for the bridal party.

As you arrive at the venue, which is situated at the foot of the Mendip Hills, you follow the long sweeping drive down to the lodge. The location is idyllic nestled in the Somerset countryside. Coombe Lodge has picturesque gardens which make the perfect backdrop for wedding photographs, an abundance of traditional features and a stunning appearance that truly makes it a fantastic location in which to hold a celebration.

Originally the residence of Sir George Alfred Wills, Coombe Lodge was constructed between 1930 &1935. Overlooking Blagdon Lake to the north and enjoying sweeping vistas of the rolling countryside surrounding the Chew Valley, the location's natural beauty makes it a much sought-after venue.

Within the lodge there are a number of different sized rooms available. Coombe Lodge can cater for 170 guests at a wedding breakfast and many more during the evening celebrations. For a smaller, more intimate wedding, The Library is a perfect room choice and also ideal for the evening's entertainment.
