the event co-ordinator was excellent, very kind, friendly, helpful. I found her to be very accommodating, understanding and just overall great. I would definetly recommend the Mytton and Mermaid for any event.

My daughter held her 21st birthday at the Mytton and Mermaid Hotel on Friday evening 19th June, 2015. Weeks and weeks of planning and sleepless nights were worth every minute! This was only made possible by the amazing staff and venue. So so refreshing in this day and age to meet people who really care. Nothing was too much trouble and the food and attention to detail was faultless. Some very endearing and priceless family memories have been made and we thank everyone at the Mytton and Mermaid for making this possible.
