Description

Waldringfields is a picturesque village with a keen sailing community, set on the banks of the tidal River Deben. Home to the beachfront Maybush Inn, Deben Cruises river trips and the sailing club. It lies approx. 7 miles East of Ipswich and 3 miles South of Woodbridge, linked by the A12/A14 for easy access.

This beautiful hall was built in 2001 and has been cleverly designed to provide both independent and adjoining access to both main rooms (Deben Hall and Kennedy Room).

Deben Hall (18m x 9m) comfortably sits 120 at tables, has a beech sprung floor and double doors opening onto a south-facing patio and garden.

Kennedy Room (8m x 6m) comfortably seats 32 at tables, or 45 closely seated.

A large kitchen with serving hatch opens onto Deben Hall and has separate access to both rooms.

There is also a quiet room off Deben Hall, equipped with bed and sink - ideal for baby feeding/changing, as a dressing room for concerts, surgery, or just somewhere quiet for anyone feeling unwell. An adjoining office can double as a second dressing room, if needed, and ladies, gents and disabled toilets are off the main entrance hall.

Venue has stated the following limitation(s): No alcohol sales without a temporary events licence. Not licenced for food preparation. Re-heating is OK but food must be prepared off site.

Music must finish by 23:00
