The fees include the use of the kitchen and all crockery and cutlery. Tables and chairs are included but these must not be removed from the Village Hall. The electrical appliances including the cooker, water boiler, other sockets and overhead heaters require £1 in meter as per usage. The Village Hall has a PRS Licence for music but hirers must obtain a temporary events notice (TEN) if they intend to sell alcohol. This is available from SODC and can be purchased online. Once your booking is confirmed, you will need to complete and return a booking form with your deposit.
