The brand new Trooper kitchen focusses on the finest seasonal ingredients to create dishes that pay tribute to traditional British cooking with a contemporary twist, celebrating slow and sustainable food cooked to order. Simply put, Aldbury's historic pub has been reimagined as a new kind of collective village venue for the way we live now. The Trooper Barn serves expertly sourced coffee, freshly prepared breakfast and brunch and hand-made cakes throughout the day. The pub and barn are available for private hire.
