Wedding or Civil Partnership

the venue was beautiful .. everyone had a fabulous time... however I felt that there had not been a complete handover from the events coordinator to the manager and staff on the night.... we had to ask several times for as knife to cut the cake which was frustrating as we were waiting to have photos taken with the cake... also we paid for a prosecco toast which never happened although we did get the money back for the toast it was something we had wanted and thought we had organised... this would not put me off having any future events at Alberts as on the whole it was a great experience
