We had our wedding here in December 2013. Despite a few small hiccups in communication prior, on the day everything went perfectly to plan. The staff were excellent and took care of everything. We had a traditional sit down wedding breakfast, the food was lovely and arrived hot on the table (which has been a let down at other weddings I have attended). All of my guests commented on how wonderful the day was and how accommodating the hotel were. I would definitely recommend Puckrup Hall to anyone thinking of holding a wedding reception here.

The events team were EXCEPTIONAL. The room reservations team were an absolute shambles and a disgrace to the Hilton name.
