The Carlton is part of TLH group and is a well run venue. The Riviera Ballroom has an outstanding view of Torbay as one wall is all picture windows. Food and staff are very good the hotel is very popular for weddings throughout the year. The grounds are nice and of course the sea is only a five minute walk away so pictures are going to be great. The hotel has a civil ceremony license so your whole wedding day can be in one place.
