Lovely venue, very friendly bar staff, perfect venue for our needs and good communication. However nobody there to receive wedding cake as planned, believe a groundsman sorted things for us and nobody there at agreed start of event time to let us in, we paid from 5PM and would be around 5.45 when we got access to set up. This wouldn't put me off as it really is a lovely venue but those responsible for opening up etc. should be there when agreed.
