We have 3 halls available for private hire, either a single hall or in any combination of the halls, as they are separated by shutter doors. We provide halls, table and chairs and access to the kitchen, if it is booked as well. Events are taking place in the booked halls, not in the fire exit hallways, or in front of the building as we are located in a residential area.
Venue requires third parties (DJs, caterers etc.) to show evidence of holding current Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
Venue requires third parties bringing in electrically operated equipment to show evidence of holding current Portable Appliance Tests (PAT)
Venue has confirmed they do not accept bookings for young adults - e.g. 18th/21st birthday parties
Venue has stated the following limitation(s): Use only strings to put decorations onto our beams. Using double-sided glue-tabs affects your damage deposit, as the beam paint gets damage when we try to remove them. No confetti.
